Authors who publish their articles in Lux Luris: Journal of Business Law agree to the following copyright terms.

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright of their published work. The ownership of the intellectual property remains with the authors in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

2. First Publication Rights

By submitting and publishing their manuscript, authors grant Lux Luris: Journal of Business Law the right of first publication for the accepted article.

3. Reuse Rights

Articles are published under an Open Access policy, allowing others to read, download, copy, distribute, cite, and reproduce the work in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and Lux Luris: Journal of Business Law as the original source of publication.

4. Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted to deposit, share, or archive the published version of their article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms after official publication. Any archived version must include a citation and a link to the final published version in Lux Luris: Journal of Business Law.
