Lux Luris: Journal of Business Law

Lux Iuris: Journal of Business Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal managed by the Master of Law Study Program, Postgraduate Program, Universitas Bandar Lampung.

Etymologically derived from Latin, Lux means “light,” while Iuris means “law.” Philosophically, Lux Iuris signifies the “Light of the Law,” reflecting the journal’s vision as a beacon of academic enlightenment that promotes critical legal analysis and contributes to the development of legal certainty in contemporary business practices.

The journal focuses on publishing conceptual studies and empirical research in the field of Business Law, including its intersections with other branches of law, such as Criminal Law and Corruption, Legal Sociology, Constitutional Law, International Law, and other relevant areas, particularly within commercial and corporate governance contexts.

To reach a broad readership and facilitate the dissemination of legal knowledge, Lux Iuris: Journal of Business Law is published in both print and electronic (online) formats. The journal is published biannually, with two issues released each year.
