Publication Policy
Open Access Policy
The Journal of Droit Constitutional and Administrative Policy (JDCAP) applies a full open access policy, meaning all content is freely available without charge to all users. Articles may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, and used for academic purposes with proper attribution to the author and source, in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
Since its first issue, JDCAP has not charged any publication fees (APC = Rp 0 / USD 0). All processes including submission, review, editing, and publication are free of charge for authors.
Peer Review Policy
JDCAP implements a double-blind peer review system in which both authors’ and reviewers’ identities are concealed. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least one (1) to two (2) reviewers with relevant expertise. Final publication decisions are made by the editor based on reviewers’ recommendations.
Language of Publication
All accepted and published articles in JDCAP are in English.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are checked using Turnitin. The maximum similarity index tolerance is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned for revision or rejected.
Publication Schedule
JDCAP is published twice a year, in June and December.
