Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

The Journal of Droit Constitutional and Administrative Policy (JDCAP) strictly prohibits the withdrawal of submitted manuscripts during the editorial and review process, except under exceptional circumstances such as irreparable substantial errors or serious conflicts of interest, which must be approved in writing by the editorial board. Unjustified withdrawal wastes resources, disrupts publication workflow, and undermines both author and journal credibility. All withdrawal requests must be formally submitted via a signed letter from all authors.

If an author proceeds with withdrawal without approval before publication, an administrative fee of Rp 500.000,- will be charged to cover editorial and review costs. Withdrawal after publication will incur a fee of Rp 1.000.000,- and a formal retract notice will be posted on the journal’s official website. Authors who violate this policy will also be banned from submitting to JDCAP for a period of 2 years.
