Publication Ethics

The Journal of Droit Constitutional and Administrative Policy (JDCAP) is committed to maintaining the integrity of scholarly publishing in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) principles.

Authors’ Responsibilities

  • Ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, free from plagiarism, and have not been published elsewhere.

  • All submissions will be checked using Turnitin with a maximum similarity index tolerance of 20%.

  • Avoid simultaneous submission to other journals.

  • Provide accurate citations for all referenced sources.

  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Editors’ Responsibilities

  • Evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit, without discrimination.

  • Ensure the double-blind peer review process is followed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts and authors.

  • Avoid conflicts of interest.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities

  • Provide objective and constructive reviews.

  • Maintain confidentiality of the manuscript.

  • Disclose conflicts of interest.

Ethics Violation Prevention

  • Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% will be returned to the author for revision or rejected.

  • Ethical breaches such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate publication will be handled according to COPE guidelines.
