The Journal of Droit Constitutional and Administrative Policy (JDCAP) is committed to maintaining the integrity of scholarly publishing in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) principles.
Authors’ Responsibilities

Ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, free from plagiarism, and have not been published elsewhere.

All submissions will be checked using Turnitin with a maximum similarity index tolerance of 20%.

Ethics Violation Prevention

Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% will be returned to the author for revision or rejected.

Ethical breaches such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate publication will be handled according to COPE guidelines.
