Online Submissions

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript through the OJS system. Manuscripts that do not comply with the requirements may be returned without undergoing the review process.

General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, have never been published, and are not under consideration in another journal.
  • Written in clear and academic English.

Format Layout

  • File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx), OpenOffice, RTF, or WordPerfect.
  • Paper size: A4, font Times New Roman 12 pt, single-spaced, without underlining (use italics where necessary).
  • All tables, figures, and illustrations should be placed within the text at the appropriate positions.

Ethics Originality Check

  • Authors must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism.
  • Plagiarism checking will be carried out by the editorial team using Turnitin or similar tools.
  • The maximum allowable similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be returned to the author or rejected.
  • Authors are encouraged to proofread and check grammar before submission.

Manuscript Structure Citation

  • Manuscripts must follow the scientific structure: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, References.
  • Citations and references should follow the APA 7th edition style.
  • The use of reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is strongly recommended.
  • References must be relevant, up-to-date, and from reputable sources (journals, books, or conference proceedings).

Submission Process via OJS

  • Register and log in to the JDCAP OJS system.
  • Click “New Submission” and follow these 5 steps:
    1. Start: Check the submission checklist.
    2. Upload Submission: Upload the manuscript file without author identification.
    3. Enter Metadata: Provide complete author details in the metadata fields.
    4. Upload Supplementary Files (if any).
    5. Confirmation: Review and finalize the submission process.
  • Authors will receive an email confirmation and can track the manuscript status online.

Open Access License

  • All accepted articles will be published in open access under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, in accordance with JDCAP’s policy.
