The copyright of all articles published in the Journal Corpus Juris Civilis (JCJC) is retained by the author(s). Authors grant JCJC the right of first publication while maintaining full copyright over their work. Authors are permitted to distribute their articles freely after publication, for both academic and non-academic purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to JCJC as the original source of publication.

All works published in JCJC are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
