Focus And Scope
The Journal of Service Administration, Innovation, and Integration aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers and practitioners to publish original research articles or review articles.The scope of JAPSI includes theoretical, empirical research articles, original research reports, reviews, short communications, and scientific commentaries in the fields of Education, Social, Economic, Administrative, Policy, Service, and Technology sciences in the regional, National, and International scope.

Peer Review Process
Publishes articles that follow the guidelines provided by the Journal. Submitted manuscripts will go through a double-blind peer review process. First, the manuscript will be reviewed and screened by the managing editor to fulfil the criteria set by the Journal. Then the manuscript will be reviewed by the editorial board. The results of the review will provide consideration to decide whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected. The aspects that will be assessed by the editorial board are the originality of the article, clarity of presentation, and the contribution of the article to the advancement of the field of administration.
Regarding the acceptance of manuscripts, the following decisions are given by this Journal:
- Accepted
- Accepted with revisions and the manuscript will not be checked by reviewers again.
- Rejected
Frequency of Publication
JAPSI is a journal published by the Postgraduate Programme of Bandar Lampung University which is managed by the Master of Administrative Science Study Programme. This journal is published periodically three times a year in February, June and October.
Open Access Policy
This JAPHTN-HAN provides immediate open access to its contents on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. The journal utilises PKP PN, LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and enable them to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes. All content in the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is maintained with explicit publisher permission, secured through written contracts or through online permission statements. We work closely with the implementers of the LOCKSS network to facilitate the development of governance and legal requirements appropriate to the content, jurisdiction, rights, and accessibility involved.

Article Processing Fee
JAPSI is an open access journal. Each submitted article is free of article processing fees. That includes peer-review, editing, publishing, maintaining, archiving, and allowing full-text articles. To get the print edition, please contact us.
Plagiarism Checking
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are absolutely prohibited. JAPSI uses "Turnitin" to detect plagiarism with the condition that Similarity is no more than 20%.
