The research method used in this study is a survey. using survey methods. By means of the census it is intended that all populations are also sampled because the population is limited and allows researchers to examine all populations by using questionnaires as a data collection tool. In completing the main data (primary data) also used interviews with section leaders and staff to strengthen and explore factors which cannot (yet) have been revealed in the questionnaire. This study uses quantitative methods aimed at revealing the influence between the independent and dependent variables and testing the significance of the effect between these variables. Thus it will be known the extent of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Survey technique is used to take samples from the population. Samples were taken representatively to be analyzed in order to draw conclusions, then generalized to the population. The results showed (1) Partially, the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) the performance allowance variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Protocol Section and the Administrative Bureau of the Lampung Province Leader. This study aims to analyse the implementation of Mayor’s Regulation Number 27 in 2021 regarding Talent Management for Civil Servants in Bandar Lampung City Government and to find out the aspects that support and hinder its implementation. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of talent management policy for Civil Servants in Bandar Lampung City Government has been running but not as a whole because it is still adjusting to existing conditions. In general, this study can be concluded that the implementation of the Mayor’s Regulation Number 27 in 2021 concerning Talent Management for Civil Servants in Bandar Lampung City Government is still experiencing a number of obstacles. This can still be seen from poor communication and minimal resources. The population of this research are all officer of the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. Sample in this research entire/all from population that is as much 39 people. This Research consist of 3 (three) variables namely: organization culture (X1) and leadership style (X2) as independent variables and discipline work officer (Y) as a dependent variables. Result of analysis indicated that there are organization culture contribution to discipline work officer, contribution of leadership style to discipline work officer, and while organization culture contribution and leadership style concurrently to discipline work officer. The result of this reseach indicates that there is a positive influence and significant of organization culture toward discipline work officer, there is a positive influence and significant of leadership style toward discipline work officer, there is also a multiple positive influence and significant of organization culture and leadership style toward discipline work officer of The Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. In an effort to improve the discipline work officer in the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency need an increase in the quality of organization culture and leadership style. Employee performance affects organisational performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Lampung Regency is influenced by employee competence and income generation. A sample of 51 employees from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Lampung Regency was used in this descriptive research. This study used observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution methods to collect data which were then statistically analysed. Data processing in this study was carried out using the SPSS version 20 programme to measure linear regression models. Based on the results of the study, it shows that competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Additional employee income has a significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the additional employee income, the higher the employee performance. Job satisfaction is the dependent variable in this study’s quantitative descriptive analysis design, which also includes pay and work environment as independent factors. The sample in this study used the proportional random sampling method, so 52 respondents were obtained as sample. Based on the study’s findings, it is clear that the partial hypothesis test result Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted lead to the conclusion that the work environment and pay at the regional government secretariat of East Lampung Regency partially influence employees’ job satisfaction. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, namely Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that simultaneously the work environment and compensation variables affect Employee Job Satisfaction at the Regional Government Secretariat of East Lampung Regency. This study used a sample of 54 respondents taken from the workforce of the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of West Tulang Bawang Regency. </span><span style="font-family: 'Baskerville Old Face',serif;">Employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency of West Tulang Bawang Regency were surveyed and interviewed as part of the direct data collection in this study. The results of this study indicate that using a significance level of 0.05 because the two-sided test is 2.5% and N = 54, the t table is obtained = 2.00856. While the t count for motivation seen from the data processing output is 6.327, for the work environment 3.673, while for work professionalism it is 4.059, so based on this t test it is concluded that motivation, work environment, and work professionalism affect employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of West Tulang Bawang Regency. With the F test, the significance level uses 0.05 (∂ = 5%), so the F table is 2.79. The research methods used in this research are descriptive research and quantitative data analysis. The population in this study consisted of 77 respondents, all of whom were employees of the Regional Staffing Agency of Lampung Province. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, giving questionnaires to respondents, and documentation. The results of hypothesis testing in the t test (partial) show that there is a positive and significant effect of each independent variable, namely Leadership and Employee competence, on employee performance (Y) at the Lampung Province Regional Staffing Agency. The simultaneous test results show that F-count ≥ F-table (49,955 ≥ 3,120) is obtained with a significant level of probability 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05). Thus, the results of hypothesis testing in the F test (simultaneously) show that there is an effect of leadership (X1) and Employee Competence (X2) together (simultaneously) on employee performance (Y) at the Lampung Province Regional Staffing Agency. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and the destination image of the Tourism Office on the competitiveness of beach and island tourism in Lampung Province. This research uses mixed methods, namely qualitative and quantitative (mixed method). This approach was chosen because it is considered capable of providing an in-depth and detailed understanding of the effect of service quality and the destination image of the Tourism Office on the competitiveness of beach tourism in Lampung Province. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of service quality on the competitiveness of beach and island tourism in Lampung Province. There is a positive and significant influence of destination image on the competitiveness of beach and island tourism in Lampung Province.
