Abstract

The findings reveal that employee performance is generally satisfactory across the dimensions of productivity, service quality, responsibility, and accountability. Nevertheless, several organizational challenges continue to impede optimal performance, including limited human resources, uneven workload distribution, the absence of standardized operational procedures, insufficient coordination, inadequate responsiveness to unexpected situations, and underdeveloped reporting and evaluation systems. These constraints reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of official event management. The study concludes that improving employee performance requires integrated organizational strategies, including continuous competency development, strengthening coordination and supervision, adopting technology-based management systems, standardizing operational procedures, and implementing systematic performance evaluation. These initiatives are expected to enhance organizational professionalism, accountability, and the quality of public service delivery in official government event management.
