Using a quantitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from 35 civil servants through questionnaires and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that SOP does not have a significant direct effect on the accuracy of arrears data. However, SOP significantly and strongly affects the professionalism of civil servants, while professionalism has a significant moderate effect on data accuracy. Furthermore, professionalism mediates the relationship between SOP and arrears data accuracy, indicating that accurate tax arrears data can only be achieved when SOP implementation is supported by professional work practices. The study concludes that strengthening work professionalism is essential to improve the accuracy of billboard tax arrears data. The findings show that employee performance is generally strong in terms of quantity and quality, with staff demonstrating responsibility, initiative, and timely task completion. However, issues of work discipline such as absenteeism, tardiness, and irregular attendance remain prevalent. Additional challenges include staff shortages and inadequate facilities, particularly slow internet connectivity, which disrupt workflow and delay task completion. The study recommends improving workforce planning, strengthening disciplinary measures, and upgrading infrastructure to enhance overall performance. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0. The results indicate that both e-attendance and work supervision have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. E-attendance contributes to improved discipline and efficiency in attendance tracking, while work supervision ensures task alignment with organizational standards, enhancing accountability and motivation. The combined implementation of e-attendance and effective supervision strengthens performance quality and quantity, supporting better public service delivery. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of employee behavior and organizational practices. Findings indicate that both internal and external motivation play significant roles in shaping employee performance. Internal motivation stems from personal values and commitment, while external motivation is fostered through leadership support and performance-based incentives. Work discipline is assessed through indicators such as attendance, punctuality, obedience to superiors, proper use of office equipment, compliance with regulations, and teamwork. Although these aspects are generally implemented, several challenges persist, including limited technological skills, inadequate office facilities, and a bureaucratic culture that hinders optimal performance. The research investigates five key variables: the team’s work plan, coordination, reporting, evaluation, and support for families at risk of stunting. The findings indicate that all five variables have a significant and positive effect, both individually and collectively, on reducing stunting rates. Among them, the work plan was identified as the most dominant factor. The study emphasizes the importance of improving planning strategies, enhancing coordination mechanisms, strengthening reporting accuracy, conducting regular evaluations, and delivering personalized support. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, guided by seven dimensions of service quality: accessibility, responsiveness, competence, courtesy, credibility, communication, and mutual understanding. The findings reveal several obstacles hindering optimal service delivery, including limited infrastructure, understaffing, inadequate public awareness, and frequent service delays. Despite efforts to improve performance and communication, the implementation remains suboptimal due to a lack of human resources and public compliance with service procedures. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the Livestock and Animal Health Service, VCN auditors, and business units. The SERVQUAL model covering tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was used to assess service performance. The findings reveal that while the tangible, responsiveness, and empathy dimensions are rated as good, reliability and assurance remain suboptimal. Supporting factors include a strategic office location, adequate facilities, sufficient human resources, and free services. In contrast, weak inter-agency coordination, low awareness among business units regarding VCN registration, and insufficient public education on certified animal-origin products hinder service quality. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving agency leaders and functional staff. The findings indicate that competency development encompasses six dimensions: knowledge, understanding, skills, values, attitudes, and interests. Most functional officials demonstrated adequate knowledge, positive attitudes, and strong interest in carrying out their tasks, supported by work experience and adherence to institutional values. However, challenges persist, including limited facilities and infrastructure, suboptimal performance in completing reports, and insufficient technical training opportunities. These factors hinder the optimization of functional officials’ performance. Using a quantitative descriptive–associative method, data were collected from 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The research employed questionnaires, documentation, and field observations, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 through validity, reliability, correlation, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression tests. The results indicate that both incentives and training positively and significantly affect Human Development Cadres performance, either partially or simultaneously, with training having a more dominant effect. These findings highlight the importance of appropriate incentive schemes and consistent training to improve cadre performance in supporting stunting prevention programs.
