<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Calisto MT',serif; color: #252525;">The purpose of this research is to find out how public accountability in electronic procurement of government goods / services (e-procurement) in Way Kanan Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach, which aims to describe systematically, factually and accurately about certain social phenomena in depth and intends to describe in detail the facts and data that exist in the Electronic Procurement Service of Way Kanan Regency. The results showed that public accountability with the implementation of the e-procurement system in Way Kanan Regency in the aspect of achieving goals in general has gone well and has an effect on changes in work culture and the process of procuring goods / services. <p>This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the differences in extension performance in the horticultural food crops and livestock office of Way Kanan Regency before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach by taking 50 random samples from a population of 165 agricultural extension workers. This research analysis uses variables before the COVID-19 pandemic (X1) and variables during the COVID-19 pandemic (X2). The sample was carried out using the cluster random sampling technique. Data collection with questionnaires distributed directly to 50 samples of extension employees Statistical methods using Chi Square Based on the analysis results obtained, the X2 count is 5.45 and the X2 table is 11.070. <p>The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Policy of the Minister of Agriculture Number 67 of 2016 concerning Institutional Development of Farmers in Indonesia at the Lampung Provincial Plantation Office and what aspects are driving and hindering the implementation. This research method uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the study, namely communication that is still not optimal due to budget constraints and the area of the built area. Resources, not optimal due to limited number of Human Resources (HR). The attitude/disposition is good, the tasks given to the district facilitators/extension workers are clear and continuous. The bureaucratic structure is good, where regional facilitators/extension workers provide counseling according to existing Standard Operating Procedures and are able to build good communication with farmers. The supporting aspects are: Quality of Human Resources; Attitudes and support from central and local governments; The attitude and spirit of the farmer groups targeted by the policy. The inhibiting aspects are: Number of Human Resources; The territory of his garden; The age of farmer group members varies; Group organizational structure; Limited government budgets; facilities and infrastructure of regional facilitators/extension workers; Communication; and the mental attitude of farmers. This research was conducted using descriptive statistical methods to analyse the data quantitatively. The results showed that promotion has a positive effect on Regional Original Income of West Pesisir Regency as evidenced by the hypothesis test with a t value of 16.092 > a t table value of 2.048, then Ha is accepted. <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Calisto MT',serif;">This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the effect of service quality and satisfaction on customer loyalty at Regional Development Bank West Java And Banten, Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is descriptive correlation method. Based on the results of the conducted research, it is known that service quality has a significant impact on customer loyalty. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test, the t-value of X1 service quality is 3.621. Based on the results of the t-hypothesis test, which yielded a t-value of X2 customer satisfaction of 3.665, customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Service quality and customer satisfaction together have a significant effect on customer loyalty based on the results of the hypothesis test, which was declared accepted simultaneously with the results of the F-test of 27.850 or with a sig value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, indicating that service quality and customer satisfaction together have an effect on customer loyalty.</span></p>Teddy HikmatMaun Jamaluddin

<p>This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of periodic salary increase administration services has on the satisfaction of Civil Servants of the West Java Provincial Government partially. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method and quantitative data analysis. The number of samples in this study were 52 respondents and were employees of the West Java Provincial Government. Data collection techniques in this study by observation and giving questionnaires to respondents. In proving and analysing this, validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, and t (partial) tests were used. The results of this study indicate that in partial testing (t test) the tcount value of service quality (X) is 3.735> t table (2.008) with a significant level of 0.029 < probability (0.05), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the results of hypothesis testing in the t test (partial) show that there is a positive and significant influence between the service quality variable (X) on the employee satisfaction variable (Y). In general, the results of this study indicate that the quality of periodic salary increase administration services at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Java Province has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Civil Servants of the West Java Provincial Government.</p>Samun Jaja RaharjaRia Arifianti

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out, analyse, and examine how to improve communication and motivation as an effective strategy to improve employee performance at the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of Gorontalo Province. In this research, the author used qualitative data analysis with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. In general, the results of this study are as follows: 1) Communication improvement is an effective strategy to improve employee performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of Gorontalo. The existing communication as a whole has been running effectively, but communication related to tasks needs to be improved. 2) Increasing work motivation is an effective strategy to improve employee performance at the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of Gorontalo Province. Motivation in the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of Gorontalo Province as a whole has gone well, although there are still perceptions of informants who state that the physiological needs of employees need attention, especially regarding the provision of incentives.</p>Dikson JunusJamal Bake

<p>The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of managerial supervision and work environment on employee performance in the Secretariat of the Regional People Representative Council, Majalengka Regency, both partially and simultaneously. In this study, data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The sample of this study consists of 53 employees from the Regional People Representative Council Secretariat in Majalengka Regency. This research uses both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. According to the findings of this study, leadership supervision (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) in the Regional People Representative Council Secretariat, Majalengka Regency. With a t-value of 3.500, the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees (Y) in the Majalengka Regency Regional People Representative Council Secretariat. <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Calisto MT',serif;">This study aims to identify and analyze whether remuneration and employee performance affect the quality of public services at the Palopo City District Attorney's Office. The research method used in this study is quantitative data analysis. Covering the source of the problem, problem formulation, relevant concepts and theories, relevant discoveries, submission of hypotheses, compilation of research instruments, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is known that remuneration has a significant effect on the quality of public services. The results of the hypothesis test are partially reflected in the calculated t value of X1 remuneration of 3,937. Employee performance has a significant effect on the quality of public services, as indicated partially by the results of the hypothesis test and the t-value calculated for X2 performance of 1.94. Remuneration and employee performance together have a significant effect on the quality of public services, according to the results of the hypothesis test, which were simultaneously stated to be received with F test results of 575,205 or with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, which states that remuneration and performance together affect the quality of public services.</span></p>Ahmad MustanirMuhammad Rais

This research method uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and tends to use process analysis and the meaning (perspective) of the subject is emphasised in qualitative research. <p>The purpose of this research is to find out how to resolve trade secret disputes through arbitration and how the effectiveness of trade dispute resolution through arbitration. The problem approach in this research uses a normative juridical approach and an empirical approach. Data collection is done by literature study and field study. Data analysis is done qualitatively. The dispute resolution process through arbitration has many advantages, namely the process is fast, simple, low cost, the confidentiality of the dispute is maintained, the decision embraces and benefits both parties (win-win solution), and maintains the business relationship of the parties. In addition, arbitration offers greater speed, confidentiality, flexibility and control to the parties involved. The process also allows for decision-making by specialized knowledgeable arbitrators, thereby minimizing uncertainty and additional costs. Moreover, in the context of international arbitration, it allows for dispute resolution between parties from different jurisdictions. <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the law enforcement of corruption in the provision of export facilities for crude palm oil and its derivatives or cooking oil raw materials committed by companies in Medan. Focusing on the period since 1983, when Indonesia prioritized exports as a catalyst for economic growth, this research investigates the impact of export dynamics, including the dominance of palm oil in the global market, on the country's economic landscape. In addition, the article also discusses recent corruption cases related to crude palm oil export facilities, highlighting the complexity of combating corruption in the context of international trade. As a result of the trial at the Corruption Court at the Central Jakarta District Court, the five defendants were sentenced for alleged corruption in the provision of export facilities for crude palm oil and its derivatives from January 2021 to March 2022. The defendants were found guilty of violating Article 3 of Indonesian Law No. 31/1999 on the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Indonesian Law No. 20/2001 on the Amendment to Indonesian Law No. 31/1999 on the Eradication of Corruption, Article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code as charged in the subsidiary charges.</p>Khamdana KhamdanaZainab Ompu Jainah
