The Influence of Self-Efficacy and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at The Regional Personal Agency of Lampung Province

Abstract

Human resources are seen as a driving factor in determining the success of an organization. Human resources owned by an organization have different levels of Self-efficacy and Motivation from one employee to another. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees at the Province of Lampung Regional Staffing Agency totaling 94 employees with measurements using a Likert scale. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is obtained that the value of F count (24.079)> F table (3.10) and the significant value is less than the probability of 0.05 or the value of 0.000 <0.05 Ha is supported and Ho is not supported, which means that self-efficacy and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Province of Lampung Regional Staffing Agency, and partially the variables of self-efficacy and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Provonci of Lampung Regional Staffing Agency, which means that if self-efficacy and motivation increase, performance will also increase.
