This journal is published regularly two times a year (March and September).</p> Pascasarjana UBL en-US Journal of General Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plantation Plant Certification Development Model at UPTD BP2MB Plantation Service of Lampung Province https://journal.ubl.ac.id/index.php/innovator/article/view/68 <p><em>The purpose of this study was to create a development model for implementing online plantation crop certification in Lampung Province, as well as the factors that hindered the development of the implementation model for plantation crop certification. Analysis of the data used is using qualitative analysis. </em><em>One aspect that greatly determines the success of plantation development is seed handling, the use of superior and quality seeds. The Technical Implementation Unit of the Seed Quality Supervision and Testing Office (UPTD BP2MB) which has the main task and function of carrying out distribution control, seed quality testing and certification of plantation plant seeds to obtain superior/quality seeds, by carrying out certification includes activities of examining seed documents, inspecting plantations in the field as well as carrying out the function of monitoring seeds circulating in the community in a sustainable manner. The results of the study concluded that the development model for implementing online plantation crop certification in Lampung Province can be carried out at the stage of applicant registration and fulfillment of certification requirements documents. Meanwhile, for the stages of field inspection, laboratory tests, monitoring of labeling and distribution of goods cannot be done online. This study spesifically examines the revenue system utilized by the organization for managing revenues generated from regular operational operations, such as sales. The incorporation of the revenue cycle accounting information system assumes a pivotal function inside the organization. This system guarantees the effective management of cash receipts, which serves as a readily accessible form of payment for he company’s financial obligations. The aim of this study is to present a comprehensive analysis of the deployment of the accounting information system for the electricity sales revenue cycle at PT PLN (Persero) UP 3 Singkawang. The present study aims to examine the adoption of information systems within the revenue cycle and its impact on operational operations, as well as the enduring viability of the organization. The study applies the exsiting revenue information system in accordance with current theory. The PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Singkawang revenue information system complies with the information quality standards. This pertains to the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information. Security, usability, and efficiency are system quality criteria that have been addressed by the established information system. Human resources owned by an organization have different levels of Self-efficacy and Motivation from one employee to another. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees at the Province of Lampung Regional Staffing Agency totaling 94 employees with measurements using a Likert scale. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is obtained that the value of F count (24.079)&gt; F table (3.10) and the significant value is less than the probability of 0.05 or the value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 Ha is supported and Ho is not supported, which means that self-efficacy and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Province of Lampung Regional Staffing Agency, and partially the variables of self-efficacy and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Provonci of Lampung Regional Staffing Agency, which means that if self-efficacy and motivation increase, performance will also increase.</p> Shanti Sri Rezeki Saifur Rahman Tri Lestira Putri Warganegara Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ethics 2024-03-04 2024-03-04 1 1 25 38 The Influence of Work Environment and Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the Tanjung Bintang Sub-District, South Lampung Regency https://journal.ubl.ac.id/index.php/innovator/article/view/70 <p><em>The objective of this study is to assess the impact of the work environment and motivation on employee performance within the Tanjung Bintang District of South Lampung Regency. The data underwent analysis using the utilization of multiple linear regression. The study results supported all hypotheses that the combination of work environment and motivation positively impacts the performance of employees at the Regency of South Lampung. This accounts for 75.6% of the overall effect, while other factors accounted for the remaining 24.4%. </em><em>The study findings suggest that additional equipment, facilities, and infrastructure are necessary to ensure that the community has access to fast, secure, and accurate information services with good working conditions. Leaders should involve all employees, including their families, in informal events to strengthen the team dynamic. This promotes a sense of being valued and a feeling of belonging, ultimately improving working relationships and creating a better atmosphere. Technical term abbreviations should be explained upon first use. Additionally, each employee should create work plans and performance objectives for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual periods while monitoring progress against the work plan using a cash budget.</em></p> Heriyanto Suhaimi Tina Miniawati Barusman Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of General Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2024-03-04 2024-03-04 1 1 39 53 The Influence of Service Quality on the Satisfaction of Community Users of the Kalianda Bomb Port Crossing Service – Sebesi Island on the District Transportation Office South Lampung https://journal.ubl.ac.id/index.php/innovator/article/view/69 <p><em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of service quality on the community satisfaction of users of the Kalianda – Sebesi Island BOM crossing service at the South Lampung Regency Transportation Office. The data analysis used is using linear regression with the SPSS Version 26.00 programme. The results of the research support the hypothesis, that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on the satisfaction of community users of the Kalianda-Sebesi Island BOM crossing service at the South Lampung Regency Transportation Office, with an influence of 42.5.0% while the rest is described by other factors. The implication based on the results of the study is that efforts have been made on the application system used for the registration of prospective passengers by improving the existing system and providing a call center to provide information on the crossing service schedule earlier and efforts have been made to minimize complaints of passengers on board by always encouraging ship passengers to provide the necessities before entering the ship or minimizing the wishes of passengers when already on board due to limited crew.</em></p> Iskandar Hadamean Pungky Nanda Raras Copyright (c) 2023 Journal of General Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2024-03-04 2024-03-04 1 1 54 65
