The development of digital technology has changed the way individuals work and interact within organizational environments. Although technology can enhance work flexibility and efficiency, its use also has the potential to create challenges in maintaining a balance between work and personal life. This research aims to understand the role of technology in shaping work-life balance from the perspective of employees' subjective experiences. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method to explore the experiences and meanings constructed by informants regarding the use of technology in daily work activities. The research results show that technology provides easy access to information, accelerates task completion, and supports work flexibility. However, technology also contributes to the blurring of boundaries between work and personal life, potentially increasing work pressure. These findings indicate the importance of organizational policies that support work boundary management and strengthen employees' time management skills to achieve sustainable work-life balance in the digital era.
