This study examines the effects of education and training on employee performance from a human capital development perspective. As organizations increasingly demand higher levels of employee competence, productivity, and work quality, education and training serve as strategic mechanisms for developing workforce capabilities. A quantitative survey design was employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires administered to employees. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential techniques to assess the relationships among education, training, and employee performance. The findings demonstrate that education and training exert positive and statistically significant effects on employee performance. These results indicate that relevant educational opportunities and job-aligned training programs can strengthen employee competence, productivity, and work quality. From a managerial perspective, organizations should continuously evaluate and refine human resource development initiatives by aligning them with employee competencies, job requirements, and organizational objectives. Overall, the study underscores the strategic importance of systematic and needs-oriented education and training in strengthening human capital and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
